Somatic Psychotherapy

Somatic psychotherapy is a gentle, body-centered form of therapy that helps you heal by connecting the mind, emotions, and nervous system. Unlike traditional talk therapy, somatic therapy works with the body’s wisdom—recognizing that trauma, stress, and unresolved experiences are often stored in physical sensations, tension, and patterns of holding.

Helping Those With:

  • Trauma or PTSD symptoms

  • Anxiety, stress, or burnout

  • Depression or emotional numbness

  • Difficulty regulating emotions

  • Disconnection from your body or sense of self

How It Works

Through guided practices, you’ll begin to notice how your body holds experiences. Using tools such as:

  • Mindfulness & body awareness – tuning into sensations and signals

  • Breathwork & grounding exercises – calming the nervous system

  • Gentle movement & release techniques – letting go of stored tension

  • Resourcing & regulation strategies – building resilience and safety

It helps shift survival patterns, allowing you to move toward greater freedom, connection, and wellbeing.

Trauma Healing

Trauma Healing is about creating a safe, supportive space to gently explore and reconsolidate the memories of experiences that leave you feeling fragmented, scattered and disconnected. The goal is not to relive the trauma but to help your nervous system process it, integrate the experience, and restore your sense of safety and resilience.

Soul Work (Multi-Dimensional Healing)

You are more than just your thoughts or your body—you are a whole being made up of many layers: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

The need for healing can span across lives with Multi-Dimensional (Parallel or Past Life) Healing as a gentle, holistic approach that helps you explore the deeper layers of your soul’s journey. Sometimes, the challenges and patterns we face in this life feel familiar in ways we can’t explain. These may be echoes or imprints from parallel or past life experiences.

Helping those who:

  • Notice repeating life patterns or cycles you can’t break

  • Carry unexplained fears, grief, or resistance

  • Sense “soul memories” or unresolved stories from other lifetimes

  • Desire deeper spiritual connection and integration

  • Want to release what no longer serves you and step into empowerment

How it helps:

  • Healing trauma and imprints from past or parallel lives

  • Breaking repeating life patterns that feel stuck or limiting

  • Greater clarity, freedom, and alignment in the present

  • Deeper connection with your soul’s guidance and wisdom

Parallel Life Healing is not about escaping the present—it’s about reclaiming your soul story, integrating wisdom from all parts of yourself, and living this life with greater peace, authenticity, and presence.

Somatic Therapy Soul Work Love Based Trauma Healing

Inner Child Healing

We all carry parts of ourselves from childhood—memories, beliefs, and emotions that shaped how we see the world and relate to ourselves and others. Sometimes these inner parts were hurt, neglected, or misunderstood, and those experiences can continue to influence your life as an adult.

Inner Child Healing is about gently connecting with these younger parts of yourself with compassion, understanding, and care. By acknowledging and nurturing your inner child, you can heal old wounds, release limiting beliefs, and integrate these experiences into a stronger, more authentic adult self.

Gestational Trauma Healing

Gestational Healing

Gestational Healing is a sensation-based and experiential body-centered process that supports individuals in processing their own emotional, physical, and soul-felt experiences pre-conception, conception, pregnancy, partum and postpartum. During this process, we slow down so we can be present with the patterns, themes and beliefs carried within the soul’s consciousness prior to incarnation and then, in a time that is guided by your systems own intelligence, attune to what needs love and awareness during gestation to process the effect of what was felt or learned in the mother’s womb and the environment that she was in, those in relationship to her and the environment you were born into. Our attachment patterns can form during gestation with the nervous system and neurology of the embryo and fetus calibrating to mom and the relationships and environments surrounding her.

Recalibrating Attachment Patterns | Healing Attachment Trauma

Recalibrating Attachment Rupture is a therapeutic process that helps heal the deep relational wounds that occur when early needs for safety, connection, and nurturing were not met. These ruptures—often formed in childhood—can lead to patterns of anxiety, fear of abandonment, or difficulty trusting others as adults.

Through a trauma-informed, somatic, and relational approach, attachment rupture healing offers a safe space to repair these wounds, regulate the nervous system, and build new patterns of secure attachment.

Who Can Benefit from Attachment Rupture Healing?

This work is for you if you:

  • Struggle with intimacy, trust, or vulnerability in relationships

  • Experience anxiety, insecurity, or fear of abandonment

  • Notice patterns of people-pleasing, withdrawal, or disconnection

  • Carry unresolved grief, neglect, or unmet childhood needs

  • Long for deeper self-trust and authentic connection with others

This work isn’t about erasing the past—it’s about gently rewiring your system so that what once felt unsafe can begin to feel possible: trust, closeness, and love that doesn’t threaten your sense of self, but strengthens it.

To Have a Strong Foundation for Gestational Healing, We Must Connect to the Adult Self…..

Developing an Adult Self

At some point, many of us realize we’re living more from old survival strategies than from who we truly are. Maybe you notice an inner critic that never seems to rest, or a younger part of you that still feels scared, unseen, or unworthy. These parts developed to protect you when you were younger—but now they can keep you from feeling grounded, confident, and free.

Developing an Adult Self is about gently shifting from those old patterns into a place where you feel more steady, authentic, and in charge of your life. It doesn’t mean rejecting or silencing those younger parts—it means learning how to care for them with love, while letting your adult self-take the lead.

The work is also about honestly & with loving responsibility breaking down the states of victim, martyr and perpetrator consciousness that continue to run through the soul’s expression.

This is helpful to when you:

  • Feel torn between different “parts” of yourself

  • Struggle with shame, self-doubt, or people-pleasing

  • Find it hard to set boundaries or trust yourself

  • Want to feel more present, confident, and whole

  • Difficulty perceiving, seeing & feeling states & experiences of love

What becomes possible when you grow your Adult Self

  • More ease in relationships and clearer boundaries

  • The ability to respond instead of react

  • A kinder, more compassionate relationship with yourself

  • Living with more confidence, choice, and freedom

  • Opening to receiving and perceiving love

This work is about integration—bringing all parts of you together under the steady guidance of your adult self.
